I've never been to a whole foods that was calm. This is the only one that was soooo chill. No hustle and bustle everyone is so helpful and welcoming. I'll shop here any day rather than my local @ Time Warner building. Keep up the good work.

The parking is free with $10 purchase I believe. The food is in good quality, it’s a pricing though these days. For people who need organic products, it’s important store as it’s the only good organic grocery store in the area.

Every time I’ve visited this location, I’ve had a negative experience at the hot food market—specifically when ordering the family meal plan. There is an employee (a man with glasses, Caribbean accent) whose behavior has consistently been rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. On multiple occasions, I’ve noticed that my order is deliberately under the advertised weight, yet still labeled and charged as the full $35 family meal. What’s more concerning is that this employee appears to encourage others to serve reduced portions that do not match what is being advertised or paid for It’s unacceptable and feels intentional. I also feel compelled to note that when a white friend of mine visited, her experience was noticeably different, which raises serious concerns about fairness and treatment of customers. I won’t be returning

First let me say Donnell always take care of me based on my ask when it comes to preparing my fish. I am a red snapper lover. I only buy it from Whole Foods because I don’t want bad food. I appreciate that Donnell doesn’t make me feel like a bad customer when I ask for my fish to be prepared a particular way. Whole Foods in white plains never disappoints. Today I approached the seafood counter and the gentleman was very helpful to me and they listened to me and not in a rush. The energy was friendly and they were informative. Johnathon and Anthony made my day because they had the energy of I like my job and I’m here to serve the customers. Please don’t let this quality customer service rendered go unnoticed or unappreciated. I look forward to quality customer service when I spend my money, and I shop in Whole Foods all over the world. In a world where people forget to be kind they both remembered that kindness goes a long way. Please keep your employees encouraged, I noticed how pleasant they were to everyone.
